If you have any questions regarding how to read the meter(s) on your copier / printer systems, please call our service staff at 515-251-2620 - Monday - Friday between 8:30 - 4:30.  When you have completed this form, you may print this form for your records prior to clicking submit.  You may also fax your printed form to our office at 515-278-6787.

  • Meter readings are part of your service agreement. 
  • If you have more than one copier / printer on service agreement at your location, please submit a reading for each machine.
  • Please mark when you are scheduled for meter readings on your business activity calendar as a reminder.
